Duties:
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment.
- Support the preparation of roofing surfaces by cleaning, removing debris, and applying necessary materials.
- Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
- Handle heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Contribute to various construction site activities.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic about working outdoors in various weather conditions on construction sites.
- Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction safety practices preferred.
- Strong interest in learning construction trades such as roofing.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining attention to detail.
- Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Prior experience in construction or handyman work is a plus, but not required.
